Emergency Management Meeting Room

Chelan County Emergency Management maintains a meeting room available to people on a reservation system.  People interested in utilizing this room must contact Chelan County Emergency Management at (509) 667-6863 to make a reservation.  Reservations are made on a first come basis.

All users of the room consent to the following rules upon requesting a reservation.

• Requests for technology resources (projectors, laptops, internet access) must be made a minimum of one week prior to the meeting.

• The room will be left in a condition equal to, or better than, when you arrived.  This includes paper, cups, and other items left in the room.  The garbage should also be placed in the dumpster.

• All doors must be checked and locked.

• All lights must be turned off.
